Every Other Weekend

(Un week-end sur deux)

Director Nicole Garcia

Camille, an actress, is separated from her husband Adrian, who has also won custody of their two children: Gaelle, 5 and Vincent, 10. The young woman has been granted only limited visiting rights. Camille has the children for a weekend and is suddenly required to travel to the other end of France for professional reasons. She takes them with her. On Sunday evening, Camille breaks down. She gives up everything and takes Gaelle and Vincent away instead of returning them to their father. Thus begins a desperate flight. Adrian sends the police after Camille, who struggles to take advantage of this improvised, precious time to regain her children's confidence.
